it makes it look appropriate and decent, right amount of cleavage shown, her little clutch purse compliments the dress, a little pop of colour going on....Now to the dress proper, she's wearing a black gown with double slits, these are not just slits they are major cut outs, showing off a lot of skin, which could be a good thing if she had the legs for this and if she was the right body type for this look, you don't just go wearing a dress because it looked great on the runway or model, there are a whole lot of other intricacies involved, one slit would have been better off..I mean look at those legs and knees, your are a celebrity you know your going to be photographed often, try and get your skin tone evened up, don't be like you're 'au naturale' and shit!!, *exhales* okay now look at her shoes, how did she look at those shoes and thought they'll look cool with her dress and purse, she probably has alot of "Yes" people around her because how could she have been let to walk out of the house looking like this??? she needs a stylist Asap!!
