Morning FPN lovers... Genevieve Magazine kicked off activities for its Genevieve Pink Ball with the launch of the Genevieve Pinkball Lipstain. It was made by one of Nigeria’s leading make-up brands House of TARA. The event was held at the Centro Mall, Lagos.
The Genevieve Pinkball Lipstain is a gift from the make-up brand to the lifestyle publication, to donate a percentage of the proceeds to the breast cancer initiative.
First is Tara fela Durotoye, ceo of House of Tara, looking elegant in this white peplum dress by Nigeria fashion label CLAN, she paired it with pink Valentino rock stud pumps , she accessorized with a silver bracelet and silver drop earrings, finished off her look with a simple shoulder length hair-do and light makeup. Her look is simple but classy. We love it.
Ooh gotta love a man in white. We have Noble Igwe also at the event, looking calm, cool and collected in an all white trad and black palm slippers, he accessorized with a catchy blue shade and a gold wrist watch. He looks "gewd".
Lastly we have Zina Anumudu, in a white shirt by leading international female brand , Mango, and a white skirt by obsidian fashion label, paired with a sweet pair of red valentino 'rockstud' pumps. She accessorized with a yellow box purse, a gold bracelet and gold wrist watch. She finished her look with a red pout. We loved the rolled up sleeves, makes her look less formal and appropriate for the casual event.
Really loving the simplicity of these looks, especially the hair-dos , not over the top and looks almost like their natural hair. Our favorite 'all white errthing' look would be Tara Fela Durotoye. She exudes class and elegance.
Genevieve magazine founder and editor-in-chief Betty Irabor, won our hearts completely with this gorgeous outfit. She arrived in a print dress and cropped jacket from Nigerians fashion label ituen basi ,Spring/Summer 2014 collection dubbed Ekemini, .
She styled the outfit with a slim red belt, a black leather Chanel peep toes with chain detailing on the platform and accessorized with a pink velvet purse matching her pink lipstick and pink toe nail polish. She accessorized with a silver wrist watch and silver drop earrings. We love love her look, regal and elegant!
Also at the Genevieve Pinkball Lipstain launch... Ezinne alfa, beauty blogger () arrived at the event looking chic in a mustard yellow print jumpsuit , she styled it with a matching Gucci bag and strap heels, we love her red hair and she looks so so pretty.
Wow! Liz yemoja can do no wrong in this gorgeous peplum dress by ordelia , it features floral prints and black polka dots, she accessorized with black ankle strap heel, loved her makeup, she only had her pinup earrings on for accessories, we would have love to see her throw on a bracelet or a watch...,she looks great still.
Lastly we have seyi shay one of the lipstain ambassadors in a matching short sleeve print top and wrapper by ready-to-wear fashion brand AGU, she styled the outfit with a pink and blue sandals. We thought her outfit was nice... Now, what we didn't like about her look was her hair , what happened to the sweet hair do she had on the night of her unplugged show bikonu?? *sigh*
